2025 High Performance (Elite Division) Coach Application is Now Open

Program Information:
The High Performance Program is reserved for BMBI AAA programs in the 15U – 18U age series. Each program will go through a Fall Schedule made up of at least one Fall U.S. tournament, indoor training commencing January 2021, March Break trip to Florida and up to 8 tournaments during the Spring/Summer season with at least 3 of those tournaments in the US.
The Elite Division program is reserved for the best club teams in the province. The Elite Division is made up of teams from up to 11 regions across the province (as of 2019). Brampton teams competing in the Elite Division do not compete in the COBA loop. As an Elite Division coach, you must be prepared to travel, as league play can take you Ottawa, Windsor and/or Sudbury.
BMBI will have a 15U, 16U, 17U and 18U Royals teams competing in the Elite Division and is taking field manager applications for said teams. It is important to note that players participating in the Elite Division can obtain automatic releases if they make an Elite Division team outside of their residential area. Non-residents participating in Elite Division try outs do not require a release prior to try outs, as long as they live in an area from which the regional affiliate has signed the Elite Division Memo of Understanding.
Interview Process
Interviews may be requested by the Coaching Selection Committee. Coaching staffs will be chosen by the managers following tryouts. The selection committee reserves the right to refuse any coach or application.
Special Note to Applicant: All Coaches, Managers and Staff must have achieved a minimum of N.C.C.P. level needed to coach at the Elimination tournaments and national championships by March 31, 2021. Consideration may be given to applicants who indicate intent to acquire the appropriate coaching certification. Applicants must not be under any suspension from any association in North America. Coaches, Managers and staff may require a background check if a recent one is not already on file with BMBI.
